Every plan comes with a minimum impressions guarantee. For example, if you order the starter plan and we deliver less than 100,000 impressions within the 30 days of posting, we will make an additional 20 complimentary posts. We haven't had anyone invoke the guarantee yet and will update this text if that were to ever happen.

Nobody can guarantee going viral and anyone who does is misleading you. We do two primary things to ensure that our service is a win-win. First, based on your plan we will share the average impressions & lift in sales we've achieved for others. This gives you some basic idea of the expected results. Secondly, we have a minimum 100,000 impressions guarantee. If within the 30 days of when we start posting the videos don't collectively cross 100,000 views we will add another 20 complimentary posts.

The companies that have the highest success with our viral campaigns are those who have a distinct name that when searched in Google (or Amazon) shows you as the primary result. The bulk of the traffic will hear about you and then search for you via search engines.

For companies that sell physical products, please ensure that you have ample inventory on-hand as we are unable to pause campaigns once they have started. Otherwise, please make sure your online store is set to stop accepting orders when inventory reaches zero. Ideally, it should be some automatic system which starts collecting pre-orders once inventory has been exhausted.

For SaaS companies, please be mindful of your hosting and APIs as sudden traffic spikes may occur. If you offer any free plans, your platform could get flooded with users on said free plans so make sure you have proper limits in place to prevent abuse or excessive costs to you.

Prior to the kickoff call, we ask for basic information via forms. This is more than enough for us. However, any existing video or image content you have can be helpful to us so we will ask you to share it with your account manager. This is not mandatory and will not restrict us from running your campaign.

All communication takes place via a shared Slack channel. Anyone from your team is welcome to join. You will have direct communication to your account manager. With our enterprise plan you also get an optional weekly progress call to discuss strategy and get reports.

Absolutely not! And you should avoid any viral marketing agencies who lock you into a long-term contract or who use escape clauses. All of our work is done month-to-month and we have to earn your business every time. Working with us is an investment in your company. If we do not provide results that justify the investment, it is only natural that you cease to work with us.

Currently we are able to target the United States, Canada, the UK and Australia. However, when content does gain traction beyond 50,000 views we do see spill over with traffic from other regions.
